Every tool is classified by what kind of answer it provides and how often its supporting information can change.

Deterministic tools

Formatting, date differences, and arithmetic are implemented as tested code. AI does not calculate user results.

Reference and service data

Stable tables and changing rates are kept separate from calculation logic with source, verification, and recheck metadata.

High-impact policy tools

Visa, labor, pension, tax, insurance, and eligibility tools require official sources. An indexable high-impact page is blocked when a required source is missing or stale.

AI-assisted authoring

AI may help draft or localize explanations from verified facts. It is not a runtime dependency and cannot invent source URLs or change calculation rules.
